Stephen J. Gonzalez, is an appraiser with Allen, Williford & Seale, Inc. He joined AWS in 2017 after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University. Mr. Gonzalez is currently a candidate for designation in the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in multiple states.

Mr. Gonzalez’s project experience includes right-of-way appraisals for highways, oil and gas pipelines, and electric transmission lines across Texas and the Midwest (Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri). His experience spans virtually all property types, including agricultural, recreational, residential, commercial, and industrial real estate. Mr. Gonzalez has also provided expert witness testimony in court proceedings.

Mr. Gonzalez is currently certified as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the following states: Arizona, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, and Texas.
