Zachry C. Kezar, MAI, is a Senior Manager with Allen, Williford & Seale, Inc. He joined AWS in 2008 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University. Mr. Kezar holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in multiple states. He has extensive experience specializing in right-of-way and eminent domain appraisal work throughout the nation.

Mr. Kezar has appraised a broad range of property types, including agricultural, recreational, industrial, and commercial real estate. His right-of-way experience includes valuations for highways, oil and gas pipelines, railroads, and high-voltage transmission lines across Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Mississippi, and the Midwest (Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana). Mr. Kezar has provided expert witness testimony in court proceedings in several states across the country.
