Barrett Haby is a real estate appraiser with Allen, Williford & Seale, Inc. He joined AWS in 2017 after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from the Department of Agricultural at Texas A&M University. Mr. Haby is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the state of Texas.

Mr. Haby’s project experience includes right-of-way appraisals for highways, oil and gas pipelines, and electric transmission lines. He has performed appraisals on numerous property types, including agricultural, recreational, commercial, and industrial real estate. Mr. Haby is active in the Houston Chapter of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and was selected in 2017 as the chapter’s Young Professional of the Year. He also serves on the Rodeo Merchandise committee with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
