Principal
Randy L. Seale, MAI, is a Founding Principal of Allen, Williford & Seale, Inc. and has over 40 years of real estate appraisal experience. After graduating from Texas A&M University in 1984, Mr. Seale began his appraisal career with Albert Allen Associates and later became a founding partner of AWS in 1991. He holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in multiple states nationwide.
Mr. Seale provides valuation and consulting services across virtually all real estate property types, with a primary focus on eminent domain and transportation corridor properties. He has qualified as an expert witness in federal and state courts throughout his career. He has co-authored, Pipeline Proximity: The truth about the impact on value in the Right of Way Magazine, May/June Edition.
Mr. Seale is an active member of the International Right of Way Association and has served as President and Director of Gulf Coast Chapter 8 in Houston, Chairman of the IRWA International Valuation Committee, and was named Chapter 8 Professional of the Year in 2010.
