Kyle T. McClanahan is a real estate appraiser with Allen, Williford & Seale, Inc. He joined AWS in 2019 after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. McClanahan is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in multiple states.

Mr. McClanahan’s project experience includes right-of-way appraisals for highways, oil and gas pipelines, and electric transmission lines. He has performed appraisals on numerous property types, including agricultural, recreational, commercial, and industrial real estate. Mr. McClanahan has also provided expert witness testimony in court proceedings.
