Aaron M. Romero, is a Senior Manager with Allen, Williford & Seale, Inc. He attended Texas A&M University, earning a Degree of Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance before joining AWS in 2008.

With more than 18 years of experience, Mr. Romero specializes in right-of-way and eminent domain appraisal services. His experience encompasses a broad range of property types, including agricultural, recreational, residential, commercial, and industrial real estate. He has extensive right-of-way project experience involving oil and gas pipelines, electric transmission lines, and highway corridor projects throughout multiple states.

Mr. Romero is actively involved in all phases of the appraisal process. He manages projects and oversees appraisals, appraisal reviews, and market studies. He also has litigation experience and has provided expert testimony in numerous special commissioner hearings.

Mr. Romero is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in multiple states, including Texas, California, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Alabama, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Colorado, Mississippi, North Carolina, Maryland, and Virginia.
