Jason F. Stastny, MAI, is a Senior Manager with Allen, Williford & Seale, Inc. He joined AWS in 2011 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from Texas A&M University. Mr. Stastny holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in multiple states. He has more than 14 years of experience specializing in right-of-way and eminent domain appraisal.

Mr. Stastny’s project experience includes right-of-way appraisals for oil and gas pipelines, railroads, highways, and electric transmission lines. He has performed appraisals on numerous property types, including agricultural, recreational, residential, commercial, and industrial real estate. Mr. Stastny has also provided expert witness testimony in numerous court proceedings.

Mr. Stastny is currently certified as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the following states: California, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
