Jacob A. Renfro, is a real estate appraiser with Allen, Williford & Seale, Inc. He joined AWS in 2015 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from Texas A&M University. Mr. Renfro is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in Texas and New Mexico.

Mr. Renfro oversees appraisals, appraisal reviews, and market studies for a wide range of right-of-way projects, including oil and gas pipelines, electric transmission lines, highways, light rail systems, and large corridor developments. His experience spans virtually all property types, including agricultural, recreational, residential, commercial, and industrial real estate.
