J. Brandon Hodge, MAI, is a Principal with Allen, Williford & Seale, Inc. He joined AWS in 2004 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University. Mr. Hodge holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in multiple states. He previously served as President of the Houston Chapter 8 of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and was recognized as IRWA Chapter 8 Professional of the Year in 2020.

Mr. Hodge oversees appraisals, appraisal reviews, and market studies for a wide range of right-of-way projects, including oil and gas pipelines, electric transmission lines, highways, light rail systems, and large corridor developments. His experience spans virtually all property types, including agricultural, recreational, residential, commercial, and industrial real estate. Brandon also brings extensive litigation experience, having served as a trusted expert valuation witness in numerous court proceedings, including special commissioner hearings and trial court cases.

Mr. Hodge is currently certified as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
