Carlo S. Forni, MAI, is a Principal with Allen, Williford & Seale, Inc. He joined AWS in 2004 after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Forni holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in multiple states. He brings more than 20 years of experience specializing in right-of-way and eminent domain appraisal.

Mr. Forni has appraised a wide range of property types, including agricultural, recreational, residential, commercial, and industrial real estate. His right-of-way project experience includes oil and gas pipelines, electric transmission lines, and highway corridors across Texas, Oklahoma, the Midwest (Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa), and the Southeast (Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia).

He also has extensive litigation experience and has provided expert testimony in numerous court proceedings, earning a reputation as a trusted and reliable valuation expert.
