Mark C. Schulze, MAI, is a Principal with Allen, Williford & Seale, Inc. and has more than 25 years of real estate appraisal experience. He began his career with AWS in the Houston corporate office and later established and currently manages the San Antonio corporate office, overseeing appraisal projects throughout Texas and other states. Mr. Schulze holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in multiple states.

Mr. Schulze has appraised a wide variety of property types involved in right-of-way acquisitions, including agricultural, recreational, residential, commercial, and industrial properties. His experience also includes complex improved properties such as residential subdivisions, commercial developments, retail centers, office buildings, industrial properties, and multi-family projects. He has completed assignments across Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, Michigan, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.

In addition to appraisal work, Mr. Schulze has conducted numerous market studies and impact analyses for oil and gas pipelines, electric transmission lines, and highway projects. He has extensive litigation experience and has served as an expert valuation witness in hundreds of proceedings, including special commissioner hearings and trial work. Mr. Schulze earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a Master of Agribusiness from Texas A&M University and is an active member of the IRWA and the Appraisal Institute.
